All catering orders made for internal Institute purposes MUST select 'Cost Center' as the only form of payment. This will be a 10-digit budget number. Selecting 'Cost Center' as the form of payment will expedite payments as you will not need to process invoices through DocuWare. These payments will be processed weekly by the Accounts Payable Team.
Please note that catering orders made on behalf of 3rd parties not pertaining to Pratt Institute must select other types of payments (excluding 'Cost Center') as a form of payment.
Please note that catering to Pratt Manhattan will incur a $125-delivery fee.
